Attention to providing customers with a sense of legal and financial security is an essencial element of our confidence policy. Every single client has an access to all documents relating to investment on every stage of implementation.
We were the first company that carried out the safest investments in the customer system (targeted funding) and a precursor investment financing with a new instrument which was the escrow account. The main advantage of the system is making payment by customers only on escrow account run by the bank cooperating with the company on the next projects.
Escrow account was already entered in 2001 – 11 years before the entry into effect of the Developer Act which regulate i.e. the payments made by customers.
